He now lives in Kansas City and serves as Adjunct Professor of Urban/Compassionate Ministries at Nazarene Theological Seminary as well as directing the Bresee Institute for Metro Ministries in Kansas City. Dr. Tink's wife, Dr. Joyce Tombran-Tink, is a molecular biologist currently serving as visiting professor at Yale University. Host Rabbi Dauermann says of Dr. Tink, "He is an expert in Shalom in the city."
